Insurance & Coverage
Removing as many barriers to care as we can.
We’re in-network with several major insurance providers and accept PPO plans. We also work with clients on private pay rates. Whatever your coverage looks like, the simplest first step is a verification call.

What we accept
Coverage options at a glance.
Plans and networks shift over time. The list below is a starting point — if you don’t see your plan, reach out anyway. Our admissions team can verify your specific benefits.
In-network plans
We’re proud to be in-network with several major insurance providers. We’re also actively expanding the list of plans we contract with directly.
PPO insurance
Out-of-network PPO benefits are widely accepted. Many plans cover virtual outpatient care — verification confirms what your specific policy includes.
Medicaid & commercial
We intend to go in-network with Medicaid and additional commercial plans in the states we serve. Reach out and we’ll let you know where things stand for your plan today.
Private pay
For clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or whose plan doesn’t cover this kind of care, we offer private pay rates. The admissions team can walk you through pricing.
Insurance Verification
Find out what’s covered — in one call.
Coverage details vary plan-by-plan. The fastest way to know what your insurance includes for our program is to send us your information and let our admissions team verify directly.
Common questions
Insurance, but actually answered.
What if I don’t see my plan listed?
Our list isn’t always perfectly current, so reach out even if you don’t see your provider. Most insurance plans need a real verification step regardless — we’ll do it on your behalf.
How does verification actually work?
You’ll submit some basic insurance information through our form or by phone. A member of our admissions team will run the verification and call you back to walk through what’s covered, what isn’t, and any out-of-pocket costs you should know about.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We intend to go in-network with Medicaid and additional commercial insurance providers in the states we serve. The fastest way to confirm where things stand today is to ask our admissions team directly.
How much does private pay cost?
Pricing depends on the level of care and the structure of your plan. Our admissions team can walk you through current rates — we like to keep that conversation human, not buried on a page.
Will my employer or family find out?
Treatment is private, and we operate within HIPAA standards. We can talk through what gets shared with your insurer (and what doesn’t) before you commit to anything.
