A few things worth knowing.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Many clients reach out on their own; some come through a provider, family member, or someone in their recovery community.

What if I’m calling for someone else?

Welcome — we hear from family members, friends, and providers often. We’ll talk through what we can share and how to involve your loved one when they’re ready.

What if I’ve recently relapsed or left detox?

Our program is often a good fit at exactly that point. If you’ve recently left detox, residential treatment, or had a relapse, mention it on the call — it helps us shape the conversation.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Treatment is private and we operate within HIPAA standards. We’ll explain exactly what gets shared (and with whom) before you commit to any next step.
